Indian 2022 T20 World Cup Squad – All Rounders and Spinners

What Is India’s Best Lower Order/All Rounders? (Pick 2-3)

Who are India’s best all rounders?

Hardik Pandya & Ravindra Jadeja are India’s best all-rounders across format, especially in T20Is. Other Indian all-rounders include Axar Patel, Shivam Dube, Krunal Pandya, Venkatesh Iyer, Washington Sundar, Vijay Shankar, and Shahbaz Ahmed.

Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja are almost certainties to go to the T20 World Cup. However, with Pandya’s perennial injury issues and Jadeja’s sudden lack of form, India need to have ready replacements if necessary for the lower order/allrounder spot.

After a couple of years of brilliant form, Jadeja has finally hit a brick wall. Only 91 runs at 18.2 average (after 2 not outs) and a strike rate of 119.73. 5 wickets with 8.12 economy is decent but has looked far from his best. Captaincy is weighing heavily on him, and guess what? He also dropped two catches the other day.

Hopefully, this is just a bad patch. With 17 not outs from 30 innings with 192.16 SR + Average in the last 3 IPLs, he is still India’s leading spin all-rounder & finisher.
